The DynaFeedTM vane type inlet device is a mixed feed (vapour / liquid) inlet device which may be utilized in a number of process applications. Generally the DynaFeedTM inlet device is sized according to the feed inlet nozzle size and inlet properties of the fluids entering the inlet nozzle.
Since mixed feeds (vapour / liquid) are notoriously destructive, the mechanical design of the DynaFeedTM takes such conditions into account. The DynaFeedTM is designed to withstand severe services such as where large volumes of slug are anticipated. A sectioned construction allows for the installation though vessel manways with simple bolted in assembly inside the vessel.
Depending on weather it's an entirely new column or a retrofit of an existing one, the DynaFeedTM vane inlet device has a number of benefits which are itemised below.
· Reduced inlet nozzle size
· Lower formation of fine mist and emulsion
· Improved vapour distribution
· Lower vapour velocities
· Lower liquid re-entrainment
· Reduced slug momentum
· Reduced liquid load on mist eliminator
· Lower pressure drop
Nozzle Size | from DN100 to DN3000 |
Vessel ID | from 500mm to 7500mm |
Inlet Momentum | <8000kg/ms2 |
Field Installation Guide
If installation services are required, our technicians are available on your worksite to make sure your equipment meets specifications and your project goes smoothly from start to finish. A Xiesheng Chemtech technician inspects your equipment before it leaves our plant. At your worksite, you can count on our technicians, who are specialists in separation and mass transfer systems, to monitor each phase of your installation to ensure you are up and running on time.
The Turkmenistan division of CNPC invited Xiesheng to provide guidance on the installation of the separation section and the demisters of four oil-water separators that Xiesheng designed and manufactured.
