XIESHENG Dyna-Spin^TM Cyclone Separator

DynaSpin^TM Our Centrifugal Mist Eliminators are expertly designed, being equivalent to Shell Swirltubes such as SVS, SMS/SMSM, and SMMSM. They comprise a series of finely-tuned standard cyclone pipes that induce a powerful spinning motion, resulting in intense centrifugal forces. This action effectively propels liquid droplets onto the pipe wall, ensuring optimal separation within the gas flow.

Once coalesced, the liquid is efficiently purged from the cyclone pipes through strategically placed slots in the pipe wall. It then seamlessly enters a separation chamber, where the collected liquid is directed to the vessel sump via downpipes. Our DynaSpin^TM Centrifugal Mist Eliminator offers a remarkable advantage by delivering higher capacity per unit vessel diameter compared to standard DynaMesh^TM or DynaVane^TM
units, while maintaining comparable droplet removal efficiency to a precisely optimized DynaVaneTM unit.

For those pursuing optimal removal efficiency, the versatile DynaSpin^TM can be seamlessly integrated with a DynaMesh^TM or DynaVane^TMmist eliminator. Acting as a robust coalescer, it facilitates the formation of larger droplet particles, which are effectively eliminated by the DynaSpin^TM Centrifugal Mist Eliminator. This strategic integration
