XIESHENG Dyna-Spin^TM Cyclone Separator

DynaSpin^TM Our Centrifugal Mist Eliminators, equivalent to Shell Swirltubes, such as SVS, SMS/SMSM, and SMMSM, are expertly engineered with multiple standard cyclone pipes. As the gas flows through these cyclone pipes, an intense spinning motion is created, effectively propelling liquid droplets against the pipe wall. This action is driven by the powerful centrifugal forces generated, ensuring superior separation efficiency.

The coalesced liquid is expertly purged from the cyclone pipes through strategically placed slots in the pipe wall, entering a specialized separation chamber. From there, the collected liquid efficiently drains to the vessel sump through the downpipes. The DynaSpin^TM Centrifugal Mist Eliminator stands out, offering greater capacity per unit vessel diameter compared to a DynaMesh^TM or DynaVane^TM
unit. It achieves this while maintaining similar droplet removal efficiency as a properly sized DynaVaneTM unit, making it an outstanding choice for mist elimination.

For optimal performance, a DynaSpin^TM can be seamlessly integrated with a DynaMesh^TM or DynaVane^TM- mist eliminator. This combination acts as a coalescer, enhancing the formation of larger droplet particles, which are then efficiently removed by the DynaSpin^TM Centrifugal Mist Eliminator. This sophisticated process
elevates the overall removal efficiency to an impressive level, ensuring at least 99% removal of droplets 10 microns and greater, delivering unrivaled performance.

In an impressive collaboration, the Turkmenistan division of CNPC sought the expertise of Nantong Xiesheng Separation Equipment Co., Ltd. to ensure the flawless installation of the separation section along with the demisters for four state-of-the-art oil-water separators, meticulously designed and crafted by Xiesheng.
