XIESHENG Dyna-Spin^TM Cyclone Separator

DynaSpin^TM Our cutting-edge Centrifugal Mist Eliminators, equivalent to Shell Swirltubes such as SVS, SMS/SMSM, and SMMSM, are expertly designed with an array of standard cyclone pipes. As gas enters the cyclone pipes, a powerful spinning motion is initiated, propelling liquid droplets against the pipe walls through intense centrifugal forces.

These coalesced liquids are efficiently expelled from the cyclone pipes through strategically placed slots in the pipe wall, subsequently entering a separation chamber. From here, the collected liquid seamlessly drains into the vessel sump via dedicated downpipes. The innovative DynaSpin^TM Centrifugal Mist Eliminator delivers exceptional capacity per unit vessel diameter, surpassing the capabilities of a DynaMesh^TM or DynaVane^TM
unit, all while maintaining droplet removal efficiency comparable to a perfectly dimensioned DynaVaneTM unit.

To elevate removal efficiency to its peak, the DynaSpin^TM can be seamlessly integrated with a DynaMesh^TM or DynaVane^TM- mist eliminator, which functions as a coalescer to create larger droplet particles, subsequently eradicated by the DynaSpin^TM Centrifugal Mist Eliminator. This strategic coupling
boosts overall removal efficiency to an impressive 99% for droplets of 10 microns and above.
