DynaSpin^TM The Centrifugal Mist Eliminators by Nantong Xiesheng Separation Equipment Co., Ltd. stand as the equivalent to Shell Swirltubes, comparable to models like SVS, SMS/SMSM, and SMMSM. These sophisticated devices consist of multiple standard cyclone pipes, ingeniously engineered to induce a powerful spinning motion within the gas. As the gas enters these cyclone pipes, the intense centrifugal forces generated effortlessly propel liquid droplets against the pipe walls, ensuring unparalleled liquid and gas separation.

Once the liquid coalesces, it is efficiently purged from the cyclone pipes through strategic slots in the pipe walls. This allows the liquid to smoothly enter a separation chamber, from which it drains seamlessly to the vessel sump via expertly designed downpipes. Overall, a DynaSpin^TM Centrifugal Mist Eliminator by XIESHENG offers an impressive ability to provide greater capacity per unit of vessel diameter than its counterpart, the DynaMesh^TM or DynaVane^TM
unit, all while maintaining an exceptional droplet removal efficiency that matches a properly sized DynaVaneTM unit.

To achieve optimal removal efficiency, the DynaSpin^TM can be strategically paired with a DynaMesh^TM or DynaVane^TM- mist eliminator, which serves as a coalescer, transforming smaller droplets into larger particles. These larger droplets are then expertly removed by the DynaSpin^TM Centrifugal Mist Eliminator. This seamless collaboration
enhances the overall removal efficiency to an impressive rate of at least 99% for droplets measuring 10 microns and greater.
