XIESHENG Dyna-Spin^TM Cyclone Separator

DynaSpin^TM Our Centrifugal Mist Eliminators are an engineering marvel, comparable to the renowned Shell Swirltubes, including the SVS, SMS/SMSM, and SMMSM models. These eliminators are crafted from an array of standard cyclone pipes that induce a powerful spinning motion upon the gas inflow. This dynamic action forces liquid droplets to the pipe walls through formidable centrifugal forces.

The coalesced liquid is expertly evacuated from the cyclone pipes via strategically placed slots, flowing into a specially designed separation chamber. From there, the accumulated liquid efficiently drains to the vessel sump through precision downpipes. The DynaSpin^TM Centrifugal Mist Eliminator offers an impressive enhancement in capacity per unit vessel diameter when compared to the conventional DynaMesh^TM or DynaVane^TM
systems, all while maintaining the exceptional droplet removal efficiency of a meticulously sized DynaVaneTM unit.

To achieve peak performance and optimal removal efficiency, the DynaSpin^TM may be seamlessly integrated with a DynaMesh^TM or DynaVane^TM- mist eliminator, which serves as an adept coalescer, facilitating the formation of larger droplet particles. These larger droplets are then expertly extracted by the DynaSpin^TM Centrifugal Mist Eliminator. This sophisticated process
ensures an outstanding removal efficiency rate, capturing at least 99% of droplets measuring 10 microns or more.

Case 1

In an impressive collaboration, the Turkmenistan division of CNPC enlisted the expertise of Xiesheng to oversee the installation of advanced separation sections and state-of-the-art demisters for four oil-water separators. This exceptional equipment was meticulously designed and manufactured by Xiesheng.

 

 

Throughout the installation process, our cutting-edge separation equipment garnered extensive admiration for its superior design. Spanning a total of 14 days, the installation guidance culminated in a triumphant project completion on December 21, 2013. On October 24, 2021, a groundbreaking achievement was realized with the successful startup of the world's inaugural 400,000 tonnes crude gas to ethylene glycol initiative, known as the Hami Guanghui project.
