XIESHENG Spin Centrifugal Mist Eliminator
Spin Centrifugal Mist Eliminators consist of multiple standard cyclone pipes. An intense spinning motion is induced into the gas entering the cyclone pipes with throws the liquid droplets onto the pipe wall due to the resulting centrifugal forces. Re-entrainment of this liquid is prevented by draining the film via the slits to the liquid collection chamber outside the tube and then to the vessel sump via down pipes. To ensure the proper functioning of the pipe it is essential that some gas is also bled through these slits. This gas leaves the liquid collection chamber via the secondary outlets at the top of the DynaSpin assembly.
Overall a Spin Centrifugal Mist Eliminator is able to provide higher capacity per unit vessel diameter than a Mesh or Vane unit, whilst achieving similar droplet removal efficiency as a properly sized DynaVane unit. In order to achieve optimal removal efficiency a Spin may be coupled with a Mesh or Vane mist eliminator.
