XIESHENG Plastic Structured Packing

XIESHENG Plastc structured packing has advantages such as light, high capacity, low pressure drop, large specific surface area, easy replacement, etc. It is widely  used in unit operations like rectification, absorption and extraction. 
The material's heat resistance reaches to 100ºC for PP and 150ºC for PVDF. The packing sheet may be perforated with small holes to increase mass transfer efficiency.

When operating in not very high temperature, we propose to use plastic packings in corrosive medium. 
This series consists of 100X/Y,125X/Y,160X/Y,250X/Y,350X/Y.X and Y represent for the angle of inclination 30^o and45^o respectively.

Project Performance

Case 1

The Turkmenistan division of CNPC invited Xiesheng to provide guidance on the installation of the separation section and the demisters of four oil-water separators that Xiesheng designed and manufactured.

 

 

During the installation, the design of our high-performance separation equipment was highly praised. The client was quite satisfied with the product quality and the working ethics and professionalism of our technical team. The installation guidance of the device lasted 14 days in total, and the project was successfully completed on December 21, 2013. The successful installation and start-up of the device greatly improved our company' s popularity in the field of natural gas separation. This project also laid a solid foundation for the smooth completion of subsequent projects.

Case 2
On October 24, 2021, the startup of the world 's first 400,000 tonnes crude gas to ethylene glycol project (Hami Guanghui project) was successfully completed. The project's main contractor, Wuhuan Engineering Ltd., was able to produce high quality ethylene glycol products with the aid of Xiesheng's high-efficiency separators. The successful completion of this project has significant social effect on promoting carbon reduction.
