DynaSpin^TM The cutting-edge Centrifugal Mist Eliminators from Nantong Xiesheng Separation Equipment Co., Ltd. are on par with the elite Shell Swirltubes, including SVS, SMS/SMSM, and SMMSM models. These advanced units comprise multiple standard cyclone pipes, ingeniously designed to provoke a vigorous swirling motion as gas flows through. This dynamic action casts liquid droplets against the pipe walls, efficiently utilizing centrifugal forces to achieve remarkable separation.

As the liquid transitions into a coalesced state, it is seamlessly expelled through strategically placed slots in the cyclone pipe walls. The separated liquid then flows into a specialized separation chamber and subsequently drains into the vessel sump via downpipes, showcasing the DynaSpin^TM Centrifugal Mist Eliminator's superior design, which offers greater capacity per vessel diameter compared to the innovative DynaMesh^TM or advanced DynaVane^TM
technology, all while delivering comparable droplet removal efficiency to that of an optimally sized DynaVaneTM unit, ensuring peak performance.

For outstanding removal efficiency, the DynaSpin^TM can be integrated with a DynaMesh^TM or DynaVane^TMmist eliminator, which serves as a proficient coalescer. It skillfully forms larger droplet particles, which are efficiently captured by the DynaSpin^TM Centrifugal Mist Eliminator. This process significantly
elevates the overall removal efficiency to an impressive 99% for droplets measuring 10 microns and larger, setting a new standard of excellence in mist elimination.

The Turkmenistan division of CNPC invited Xiesheng to provide expert guidance on the installation of the separation section and demisters for four oil-water separators, meticulously designed and manufactured by Xiesheng.
