Through a sophisticated process of inertial impaction, droplets encounter the vane surfaces, where the gas deftly maneuvers through a carefully orchestrated zigzag course, achieving premier separation performance. Over the years, foundational styles have been refined, establishing benchmarks for a myriad of specialized applications.


Rhine Ruhr takes immense pride in designing and manufacturing these standard DynaVaneTM styles:

  1. The VC single pocket range offers a sleek solution with chevron vanes, designed without drainage channels for streamlined efficiency.
  2. The VDC double pocket range is ingeniously crafted with enclosed drainage channels, delivering enhanced performance and superior efficiency.
  3. The HC single pocket range includes open drainage channels, optimized for effective liquid removal and operational efficiency.
  4. The HDC double pocket range features enclosed drainage channels, significantly enhancing functionality and ensuring optimal performance.
Droplet Removal Efficiency:
The precision in droplet removal for various sizes is expertly calculated using centrifugal forces alongside Stokes Law. Rhine Ruhr employs cutting-edge computer models to determine droplet removal efficiencies, allowing the exact optimization of vane geometry for any specific requirement.
The DynaVaneTM series boasts a remarkable liquid removal efficiency of 99.9%, effectively targeting droplets in the range of 10µ+ to 30µ+
Generally, droplet removal efficiency is significantly enhanced under the following conditions:
  1. An increase in Gas Velocity, which effectively propels droplets with greater force against the vanes, ensuring superior capture.

  2. Vane Packs are expertly designed for secure attachment to sealed gas boxes, ensuring comprehensive integration.


In every scenario, the entire assembly is meticulously designed and supplied in sections, carefully crafted for easy passage through access manways to facilitate manageable installation within the vessel.
While each component is constructed from lightweight materials to ease installation and assembly, the overall structure remains robust, built to withstand a diverse range of service conditions, including vibrations and slugging, within a carefully designed and appropriately sized vessel configuration.

Mechanical Design:
DynaVaneTM  Mist  Eliminators  are  custom  manufactured  to  be compatible  with  the  required  vessel  arrangement.  Installation can be either:-
·     Loose   segments   supported   on   annular   rings   and/or beams secured with either retainer bars.
·     Vane Packs designed for fixing to a sealed gas box.
In each case, the complete assembly is designed and supplied in sections which are sized to fit through access manways and are able to be man handled inside the vessel.
Vane  Packs  consist  of  DynaVane
TM  elements  fully  enclosed  in housings  with  built  in  drainage  sump.  Although  all  parts  are constructed from lightweight material to assist installation and assembly,   the   overall   construction   is   sufficiently   robust   to withstand   most   service   conditions   including   vibration   and slugging in a suitably designed and sized vessel arrangement.
