The DynaVaneTM This exceptional style of mist eliminators represents a pinnacle of engineering prowess. Note: Actual droplet removal size range will vary according to system properties. Mechanical Design: DynaVaneTM Mist Eliminators are custom manufactured to be compatible with the required vessel arrangement. Installation can be either:- · Loose segments supported on annular rings and/or beams secured with either retainer bars. · Vane Packs designed for fixing to a sealed gas box. In each case, the complete assembly is designed and supplied in sections which are sized to fit through access manways and are able to be man handled inside the vessel. Vane Packs consist of DynaVaneTM elements fully enclosed in housings with built in drainage sump. Although all parts are constructed from lightweight material to assist installation and assembly, the overall construction is sufficiently robust to withstand most service conditions including vibration and slugging in a suitably designed and sized vessel arrangement. |
