The Turkmenistan division of CNPC sought out Xiesheng's expertise to enhance their operational efficiency. They entrusted Xiesheng with the crucial task of delivering guidance for the installation of separation sections and demisters for four meticulously designed oil-water separators, crafted by Xiesheng's skilled artisans.

On October 24, 2021, a pioneering achievement unfolded as the world's inaugural 400,000 tonnes crude gas to ethylene glycol project, known as the Hami Guanghui project, reached its successful culmination.
