Our DynaMesh™ consists of a meticulously crafted pad, featuring a co-knitted wire mesh artfully sandwiched between two robust, ridged grids for superior support. As the bulk vapour gracefully traverses through the pad, liquid mist is elegantly captured on the wire. The captured droplets merge into a seamless, continuous film, effortlessly draining from the mesh under gravity's gentle pull. For exceptional droplet elimination, down to an impressive 1 micron in diameter, multi-filament yarns of various plastics or glass are skillfully knitted into the mesh, creating what is known as a composite or co-knit mesh. This innovative design ensures optimal separation performance.
