DynaSpinTM Our Centrifugal Mist Eliminators are expertly crafted to be equivalent to the renowned Shell Swirltubes, such as SVS, SMS/SMSM, and SMMSM. These remarkable eliminators comprise multiple standard cyclone pipes. When gas enters, it experiences a vigorous spinning motion, propelling liquid droplets forcefully against the pipe wall due to the intense centrifugal forces generated.

The accumulated liquid is effectively purged from the cyclone pipes through strategic slots in the pipe wall, subsequently entering a specialized separation chamber. From there, the collected liquid gracefully drains to the vessel sump via downpipes. Overall, the DynaSpinTM Centrifugal Mist Eliminator offers an impressive capability to deliver higher capacity per unit vessel diameter than a DynaMeshTM or DynaVaneTM
unit, while maintaining a droplet removal efficiency comparable to that of a well-sized DynaVaneTM unit.

To achieve the pinnacle of removal efficiency, the DynaSpinTM can be seamlessly coupled with a DynaMeshTM or DynaVaneTMmist eliminator. This acts as a coalescer, skillfully forming larger droplet particles that are subsequently extracted by the DynaSpinTM Centrifugal Mist Eliminator. This strategic combination dramatically
enhances the overall removal efficiency, ensuring at least 99% of droplets measuring 10 microns or more are effectively removed.
