The DynaFeedTM vane type inlet device is a mixed feed (vapour / liquid) inlet device which may be utilized in a number of process applications.
Generally the DynaFeedTM inlet device is sized according to the feed inlet nozzle size and inlet properties of the fluids entering the inlet nozzle. When implementing a DynaFeedTM inlet device into a new or existing design the maximum operating flowrate, including any additional design margin are taken into account.

The DynaFeedTM is designed to withstand severe services such as where large volumes of slug are anticipated. Project Performance
Case 1
The Turkmenistan division of CNPC invited Xiesheng to provide guidance on the installation of the separation section and the demisters of four oil-water separators that Xiesheng designed and manufactured.
During the installation, the design of our high-performance separation equipment was highly praised. The client was quite satisfied with the product quality and the working ethics and professionalism of our technical team. The installation guidance of the device lasted 14 days in total, and the project was successfully completed on December 21, 2013. The successful installation and start-up of the device greatly improved our company' s popularity in the field of natural gas separation. This project also laid a solid foundation for the smooth completion of subsequent projects.
Case 2
On October 24, 2021, the startup of the world 's first 400,000 tonnes crude gas to ethylene glycol project (Hami Guanghui project) was successfully completed. The project's main contractor, Wuhuan Engineering Ltd., was able to produce high quality ethylene glycol products with the aid of Xiesheng's high-efficiency separators. The successful completion of this project has significant social effect on promoting carbon reduction.
